MODERNISE YOUR MAN WITH PRINCES QUAY
Are you Hull’s worst dressed man? Badly dressed blokes could win a new look with Princes Quay
Princes Quay are on the hunt for Hull’s worst dressed man – with badly dressed blokes around the city being invited to share their fashion disaster photos to win a makeover.
The centre’s Modernise Your Man competition will give dowdy dads and unkempt uncles the chance to win clothing from leading menswear stores Skopes and Suit Direct, plus a slick new hairstyle from the centre’s Supercuts salon.
To enter, fashion-disaster fellas (or their relatives) need to get in touch with the centre via social media, with a picture and a brief explanation of why their style needs a shake-up.
Centre Manager John Magee said: “We all know someone, whether they’re a partner, relative, friend or work colleague, who always looks like they got dressed in the dark. Why not nominate them for Modernise Your Man?
“Suit Direct and Skopes are two of the top retailers on our Outlet Level and have kindly agreed to kit out our winner with a new look, while Supercuts’ talented stylists will give our winner’s hair a revamp.
“We’re going to give Hull’s worst dressed man an amazing makeover – you won’t even recognise them by the time we’re finished!”
Beckie Mills, Manager at Princes Quay’s Supercuts salon, says her staff will have their scissors at the ready. “It’s always fun to give someone a new style,” she said. “And who better to revitalise than Hull’s worst dressed man than our Supercuts stylists?”
Skopes Manager Mark Gray added: “It’s great to get involved in Modernise Your Man. Our highly trained and knowledgable staff will ensure the winner makes the right choice from our superb range of quality tailoring.”
Lee Warriner, Manager at Suit Direct, is also happy to help the winner. He said: “We’ve got a fantastic range of tailoring at great prices and I’m confident we can give Hull’s worst dressed man a style revival.”
To enter the competition, post or tweet a picture to @PrincesQuayHull using the hashtag #PQWorstDressed with a brief explanation of why the fashion failure in question needs a new look. Entries close at midnight on Sunday, November 4.
