As a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual you will have excellent interpersonal skills and understand and be inspired by the challenges of charity retailing.

Your management skills will be utilised to actively recruit volunteers from the local area, whilst maintaining a full complement of staff. You will possess a genuine desire to motivate and further develop the potential of our volunteer teams, ensuring high standards of customer care and service are demonstrated at all times. Your role will provide direct support from time to time to various shops as well as act as a key resource to attract new volunteers.
Previous experience in retail management is essential. You will know how to manage a retail store safely and use your proven merchandising skills to meet its full potential, whilst raising the awareness of the Hospice and its facilities in the local community. Previous experience in attracting and working with volunteers is attractive but not essential.
Full driving licence, access to own vehicle and flexibility is required for this role.
