Job Role:                 

To assist the Humber Wellbeing service in delivering this new and exciting project funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.

The ‘Blossom; Self-Harm and Suicide Prevention Therapy Services’ is a 12- month pilot that will initially provide support to individuals who have self-harmed or attempted suicide. The referrals will come from our Humber Wellbeing Service and is available for people aged 18 or above.

There are plans to extend the service to under 18’s of which you will be a part of.

Therefore, we require a suitably qualified and experienced person to take this project forward.
